PTO Update Conant PTO can’t believe it is already October! A HUGE thanks to Lynn Cistulli for heading our one big fundraiser through Genevieve’s. We really want your feedback about the process and the products. Please email Doug or come to the next PTO meeting. PTO will be at Back to School night on October 8. We will have PTO officers there ready to hear your ideas, tell you what we’re about, and invite you to join us. We hope to have Conant Spiritwear available as well. Our focus this fall is to work with Conant staff and administration to financially provide things our school/children need. Our next meeting is on October 20 (note date change due to Columbus Day). At that meeting we will plan our next community-building event the Holiday Basket Raffle and discuss staff requests for funds, including a climbing wall, risers for the music program and a new die cut machine. Lastly, a word of thanks to all the Conant volunteers. Anne Dupre, our volunteer coordinaotor, held a productive volunteer training seminar on Sept. 25. We appreciate your efforts! If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Doug Dreffer at dreffer@comcast.net |
